The complexity and diversity of the tasks of protecting the environment from the impact of production and consumption wastes require the creation of a digital multi-level waste management system based on a combination of administrative, regulatory and economic methods, as well as environmental and environmental requirements, restrictions and regulations. The article considers the existing and promising strategies aimed at the processing and transfer of municipal solid waste to safe zones, and proposes conceptual and methodological approaches.
