The expert model of the economic system, which interacts with the external world, is examined. With its aid the conditions for the steady development of system with the accent to the factors of its interaction and development under the conditions for globalization and autonomous development are investigated. With the analysis of model expert estimations are interpreted in the terms of multiplevalued logic. Full evaluations of influence are evaluated with the aid of the transitive closing of primitive connections, which are carried out by the reflexive procedures, which use the logical realizations of the operations above the estimations. The influence of the varied conditions of the functioning of economic system on the nature of its development is analyzed on the basis of expert models with the variables of multiplevalued logic. The within the framework utilized models are examined the signs of steady increase. Are obtained the forecast estimations of the development of the country under the conditions for globalization and autonomous development. Under the conditions of globalization is investigated the regime, which has the signs of stagnation and decrease, and also the regime of increase. For the expert model of autonomous development the countries are investigated the regime of the limited increase under localization conditions for control by economic activity, and also the regime of steady increase on the number of the factors, which characterize the state of economic system. The conditions for reverse passage into the regime of the decrease are examined. The analysis of these versions by the method of reflections in multiplevalued logic showed that the increase under localization conditions for control by economic activity was possible with fulfilling of specific collection of requirements.
