From the interpretations used by modern researchers, it follows that each of these properties implies the presence of connections that form a structure, which, in turn, is influenced by environmental factors. We consider it expedient to combine these properties under one name «structurality», which characterizes the totality of elements, their connections with the external and internal environment and organizational, technological and production connections-processes connected in the structure with the existing object, subject, input, output, feedback and restrictions, providing strength, stability, conjugacy, the ability to resist environmental factors.

We should add that we have attributed such a property as «conditionality» to structurality, which implies a purposeful feedback of the system with the external environment.

We believe that the names of the properties «hierarchy» and «functionality» should be left unchanged, since they correspond to the generally accepted terminology that examines systems and system analysis.

As for the following properties – «ability to develop», «situativeness» and «stability», unfortunately, a rather limited number of scientists distinguish them as inherent in the sociological system. It is appropriate to combine them with the well-known property «predictability», which is understood as the possible analysis and forecast of the interaction of the system with the environment, taking into account the influence of the environment on the purposeful functioning of the system, transformation and qualitative transformation of its properties under the influence of external factors.

Keywords: Functioning, system, sociological system, environment, changes.
