Article shows that the permitted use of the land is a major factor in the choice of the method of determination of the rent during the rental. Proposed method of rent calculation, taking into account the peculiarities of land under the location of engineering networks. Justified a new approach for annual indexation of the rent for use of land plots, ensuring the compliance of the interests of the public landowner and tenant organizations.
