The family as a social institution is a complex, evolving system that undergoes changes as the foundations of socio-political, economic and cultural life change. The results of reform changes are reflected in the standard of living, stability, educational activity and pedagogical potential of the family. Children’s development centers are invented to help the family develop their pedagogical potential. Cooperation between children’s development centers and parents will be effective if it is comprehensive, consistent and focused. A well-organized work on pedagogical education, individual and group counseling and joint training of parents with children will become a pledge of the upbringing of a comprehensively developed and socially adapted personality of a child with a positive motivation for continuous self-education.
