Abstract (English):
Considering the specifics of regional business in the Krasnodar Territory, the article examines the impact of outsourcing on the effectiveness of company management. Enterprises outsource non-core tasks to third-party specialists in order to optimize operational activities, reduce costs and increase competitiveness. The selection of reliable partners, comprehensive contracts, quality control and regional adaptation are the most important components of effective outsourcing, which is confirmed by the study of theoretical models and real-world cases. Special attention is paid to the infrastructure, economy and regulations of the Krasnodar Territory. The results show that outsourcing contributes to cost reduction, management flexibility, and the achievement of strategic goals. The importance of an integrated approach is emphasized – risk management, efficiency monitoring and adaptation of the cooperation model. This article is relevant to entrepreneurs and experts in the field of strategic management who consider outsourcing as a means of increasing corporate productivity.
