The article considers the circular economy in the global economy with the transformation of the theoretical and methodological approach. The specificity of scientific research advancement in differentiation to improve the circular economy is formed in the context of modern theoretical and methodological research. The stability of the circular economy is analyzed within the framework of the existing positions of the post-industrial society, where the interaction of large transnational companies predetermines the direction of effective management of the corporate sector of the economy. The optimality of technological cooperation of the global economic entity is considered in the context of modern innovative advantage, in which the production and technical potential of the corporation is considered in the projection of a new theoretical and methodological approach. The functioning of the circular economy in the global economy is considered from the position of the epistemological approach within the subjective-objective side of the modern economic situation. The structural advantages of environmental, communication and information transformation are highlighted in the context of the circular economy in the global economy, which forms the process of specific interaction with other large economic entities. Certainty of this nature brings the entire direction of the theoretical and methodological aspect to a new level of change. In this work, the systematicity in the synergetic approach of administrative, production, technological and industrial perception, in the structure of economic interrelations and interpenetration, opens up new variations of medium-term and long-term planning in the development of a modern corporation. It is shown that the activity of a large economic entity, in the structure of a circular economy in the global economy, forms the possibilities of scientific-structural, environmental, social-production, information-analytical and investment directions in the context of new strategic development, which is reflected in the entire volume of economic activity of the enterprise.
