The country's integration into the international community and its active involvement in global trade constitute an important element of Russia's economic strategy. Regular statistical research in the field of foreign trade remains important. The main objective of this study is to conduct a statistical analysis to identify the key features of Russia's foreign economic activity. The object of the research is the system of monitoring and analysis of foreign trade of the Russian Federation, and the subject is indicators and methods of statistical analysis used in this field.
