Zones with special conditions for the use of territories have an impact on the development of the territory: urban development, agricultural activities, placement of communications, etc. The legislation of the Russian Federation defines the requirements for the use of sites falling within the boundaries of the security zones of electric grid facilities and establishes restrictions on use in order to ensure the safety of human life and health. At the same time, it is important to comply with the requirements of the rules for the installation of electrical installations. Currently, violations of the use of part of the land plots located within the boundaries of the protected zones are constantly being detected by territorial network organizations. The current situation leads to a large number of negative situations, including injury, litigation, damage and destruction of real estate, etc. The above requires the application of effective control measures and elimination of violations. In particular, it is necessary for local governments and owners of electric grid property to carry out inspections, which will have a positive impact on the further operation of networks (constant unhindered access) and reduce conflict situations.
