The issues of optimization of development of agricultural production branches for the enterprise, for the purpose of effective economic activity, are connected with the analysis of the existing use of production resources and the most important of them – land resources. The qualitative condition of lands and their quantitative characteristics influence the development, first of all, of the crop and livestock industries. In the crop production branch it is necessary to develop adaptive agriculture taking into account the zonal features in which agricultural land use functions or is created. The development of the livestock industry should be focused on the provision of feed of its own production. Determining the most effective production structure of the farm using modeling will allow finding the optimal solution in the existing ecological and economic conditions.
