The article examines the features of the functioning of the agrobiotechnopark in the system of state support for the innovative development of the agro-industrial complex of the Novosibirsk region. The economic development of the region is closely linked to the agro-industrial complex. The most promising areas of research are projects related to the development of intelligent technologies/technical means and the creation of new approaches for analyzing changes and the state of agroecosystems and maintaining their sustainability. However, the current situation in the field of innovation processes in the field of agriculture is characterized by low activity of investment injections and the introduction of innovations. The purpose of the article is to determine the place and role of the agrobiotechnopark in the system of state support for the innovative development of the agro-industrial complex of the Novosibirsk region. The analysis of existing approaches to the interpretation of the agrobiotechnopark made it possible to clarify the specifics of the functioning of structures of this type. The integration of agricultural science, agricultural education and agro-industrial production on the territory of the Siberian Federal Scientific Center for Agrobiotechnology of the Russian Academy of Sciences will create such an innovative platform in the agro-industrial complex, where companies will be able to implement the entire technological chain from the idea to the real result. According to the author, the development of advanced technologies to achieve highly efficient functioning of the agro-industrial complex requires the availability of experimental sites for scientific experiments, which can become an agrobiotechnopark.
