Abstract (English):
Up-to-date information about urban areas is a key element for effective land management and for further urban development. Unmanned aerial vehicles can become a useful tool for monitoring urban areas, as they allow you to obtain up-to-date data both after processing aerial photographs and in real time. The use of UAVs for monitoring urban areas has potential in such areas as urban development planning, analysis of changes in land use, construction control, assessment of the state of road infrastructure and in many other areas.
