Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the study of the prospects for increasing the competitiveness of a transport company in the freight transportation market through the introduction of artificial intelligence into business activities. The prospects and directions for implementing the tasks of increasing the competitiveness of transport companies are determined. The importance of optimizing logistics and its costs in improving the competitive position of a transport company in the freight transportation market is highlighted. The features of the formation of a strategy for the development of competitive positions (positioning) with a focus on demonstrating the advantages obtained through artificial intelligence are revealed. The nature and features of the influence of artificial intelligence on the competitiveness of a transport company are clarified, which is associated with the functional and optimization potential, and prospects for business automation. Based on the results of the study, applied areas for introducing artificial intelligence tools into a transport company are identified to increase competitiveness in the freight transportation market and the nature of their impact on competitiveness is clarified.
