The article Deals with the strategic management of increasing the investment attractiveness of the territory, as the main way of creating a favorable investment climate, creating the necessary conditions for doing business in a separate territory of Russian regions. It is proposed to form the mechanism of strategic management of increasing investment attractiveness as a set of specific actions and management decisions based on domestic and foreign experience. Recommendations are made.
