In this article the author draws attention to the excessive overload children with «sit-training» for school, instead of mobile and sports games in preschool educational institution which is included as a structural unit of pre-school education into the educational complex (school + kindergarten). On the example of the Lyceum number 507 of the city of Moscow, the author shows how the rules of law are violated when «deprivation of children for childhood» takes place and offers a solution to the dilemma, how. under the existing law, to prepare the child in preschool to learn at school and at the same time increase the stock of his/her physical and mental health.
