Abstract (English):
The results of implementation of future-oriented trends in the area of farm building and construction of both residential buildings and maintenance buildings are presented in this article. The following problems are regarded: promoting financial stability of the agricultural industry by means of enabling the energy conservation and products maintenance through implementation of effective systems, which provide the energy saving, creating of comfortable indoor conditions and optimal agricultural storage parameters.

The results of implementation of future-oriented trends in the area of farm building and construction of both residential buildings and maintenance buildings are presented in this article.
