The article substantiates the need for standard solutions in the expanding capabilities of Russian logistics centers of the Russian Railways Holding in connection with the Chinese railway initiative "one belt, one road" approved by the Russian government. It is shown that the joint construction of Railways on Russian lands in the conditions of "non-integrated Chinese strategy" one belt, one road " can lead to the loss of state property in various aspects, including the displacement of domestic logistics from Logistics centers not only under construction at the present time, but previously operating. Attention is drawn to the need to develop specialized literature, reference and legal framework for Logistics centers, including in connection with the use of hieroglyphs and new ways of communication between specialists.
