The article deals with the development of autsoursing and outstaffing of employees in modern Russia. Considerable attention is paid to the condition and prospects of autsoursing and outstaffing after the law on hired labour prohibition has come into force. A conclusion is drawn that the legal status of outstaffing eliminates many arguable issues arising between the supervisory bodies, as well as enhances labour rights protection of those who work in the framework of outstaffing agreements. Another point is that questionable companies have left the Russian market while the government’s control of their operations has considerably increased.
