Land payments are one of the main indicators of economic efficiency of land administration, including city districts. On the basis of correlation and regression analysis it was found that the size of the land payments is in correlation with the number of land transactions, potential participants of the land relations, cadastral value of land, etc. To improve the efficiency of land administration (for example, city districts of the Republic of Bashkortostan), including and increase in receipt of land payments, the Plan of measures («Road map») for improving the economic efficiency of land administration of municipal districts of the Republic of Bashkortostan are invited. This plan is built taking into account the necessary costs for implementation activities on land administration and revenue potential from their implementation. The plan also includes activities aimed at improving social and environmental performance of land administration. The implementation of the action plan will allow to replenish the budget of urban districts in 5 000,00 million rubles (possible volume corresponds to the minimum). Currently, the coefficient of efficiency of land administration of city districts of the Republic of Bashkortostan (as a ratio of the actual value of the land payments to the calculated value) is 0.6. Implementation of the Road map will contribute to the approximation of the effectiveness factor to a higher value.
