In this article the author examines the options of corruption offenses in the segment of pre-school education in the observed state budgetary educational institution. The author concludes that for preventing the occurrence of conditions for corruption offenses it’s needed a free access of employees to all Lyceum’s information and activating the work of the «Anti-Corruption group».
