Current economic conditions and laws in the field of taxes and dues offer a range of tests for companies of the construction complex, which is easier to overcome, using the theory and solid practice. In the article, the problems of the industry as a whole and some current issues related to the normative legal regulation of taxation of the sector actors are considered.
