This article examines methodological solutions for ensuring balanced value proportions of intersectoral exchange in the agro-industrial complex of Krasnodar Krai. Particular attention is paid to analyzing profitability imbalances between key segments of the agro-food chain: agriculture, processing industry, agrochemical sector, logistics, and trade. The application of the balance method, along with economic and mathematical modeling, allowed us to identify structural inequalities in the turnover and profitability of enterprises in various industries. It is shown that minimizing the dispersion of profitability contributes to the convergence of profitability indicators and strengthens the stability of intersectoral interactions. The feasibility of a differentiated approach to the formation of price proportions is substantiated, taking into account the specifics of the resource potential and the level of integration of economic entities of various types – from large holdings to farms. The results of project calculations of profitability dynamics for key industries are presented, and ways to adjust internal price ratios are proposed. The conclusions drawn are aimed at improving the organizational and economic mechanisms of interaction in the agro-industrial complex and promoting the growth of its competitiveness.
