В статье анализируется структура человеческого капитала, которая приводит к устойчивому экономическому росту в стране. В процессе исследования и математических расчетов определено, что для качественного экономического развития существует так называемая оптимальная структура человеческого капитала, являющаяся важным сбалансированным фактором для обеспечения инновационного потенциала. Расчеты подтвердили, что улучшение структуры человеческого капитала приведет к положительному изменению стратегии экономического развития, даже при стабильности других факторов. Сделан вывод, что увеличение коэффициента структуры человеческого капитала положительно отражается на тенденциях экономического роста и инновационного развития в стране.

The article analyzes the structure of human capital, which leads to sustainable economic growth in the country. In the process of research and mathematical calculations, it is determined that for high-quality economic development there is the sontbt-called optimal structure of human capital, which is an important balanced factor to ensure innovative potential. The calculations have confirmed that improving the structure of human capital will lead to a positive change in the strategy of economic development, even with the stability of other factors. It is concluded that an increase in the coefficient of the structure of human capital is positively reflected in the trends of economic growth and innovative development in the country.
