Современный землеустроительный процесс трансформационной экономики России сложен и многогранен, обладает большой долей противоречий и неразрешенных вопросов. Однако именно от ясности вопросов землепользования зависит эффективность развития производственных отношений, что является фундаментом экономической стабильности современного общества. В данной статье рассматриваются исторические вехи развития землеустройства, создается историческая взаимосвязь прошлого и настоящего.

Modern land management process of transformational economy of Russia is difficult and many-sided, possesses a big share of contradictions and not resolved questions. However the efficiency of development of relations of production depends on clarity of questions of land use that is the base of economic stability of modern society. In this article historical milestones of development of land management are considered, the historical interrelation of the past and the present is created.
