В статье автор рассматривает посткризисные явления, происходящие на промышленных предприятиях Российской Федерации. Анализ показал, что большинство предприятий испытывают трудности при восстановлении прежних объемов производства продукции. Установлены основные точки роста системы устойчивого развития промышленного предприятия за счет реализации имеющегося внутреннего резерва научно-инновационного потенциала. Предложенная автором методология стратегического управления промпредприятием, основанная на интеграции подходов опережающего развития и теории ограничения систем, позволит сформировать новый научный взгляд на такую проблему, как устойчивое развитие промышленного предприятия.

In the article the author considers the post-crisis phenomena occurring in industrial enterprises of the Russian Federation. The analysis showed that most enterprises have difficulty to restore previous volumes of production. The main growth points of the system of an industrial enterprise sustainable development are established through the implementation of the existing internal reserve of scientific and innovative potential. The author proposed a methodology of strategic management of enterprises based on the integration of approaches priority development and theory of constraints, will form a new scientific view of the problem of sustainable development of industrial enterprises.
