Данная статья является продолжением работ автора в серии изучения основ одного из актуальных направлений региональных исследований - пространственной экономики. Вслед за «Идеальным государством» Й. фон Тюнена [13], локационным треугольником В. Лаунхардта [14] работы немецкого ученого А. Вебера позволили окончательно закрепить основополагающую роль в появлении и развитии этого направления региональных исследований за немецкой школой классических штандартных теорий. Анализ технических и экономических факторов, определяющих пространственное расположение производства, позволил А. Веберу найти оптимальное место его расположения на местности. Для этих целей им было найдено «пространственное равновесие», в котором конкретные точки, обозначающие места производства и потребления в регионе, стране или группе стран, на основе установления эффективных взаимосвязей между транспортными, финансовыми и иными потоками позволяли извлекать максимальную прибыль при заданном уровне издержек, и, таким образом, оптимально использовать все имеющиеся в регионе факторы производства.

This article is continuation of works of the author in a series of studying of bases of one of the relevant directions of regional researches - spatial economy. After «The ideal state» of J. von Thünen [13], a locational triangle of W. Launhardt [14] of work of the German scientist A. Weber have allowed to fix finally a fundamental role in emergence and development of this direction of regional researches behind the German school classical theories. The analysis of the technical and economic factors defining a spatial arrangement of production has allowed A. Weber to find the optimum place of his arrangement on the area. For these purposes he has found «spatial balance» in which the concrete points designating the place of production and consumption in the region, the country or group of the countries on the basis of establishment of effective interrelations between traffic, financial and other flows allowed to take the maximum profit at the set level of expenses, and, thus, optimum to use all factors of production which are available in the region.
