В данной работе раскрыто понятие организационно-экономических отношений, рассмотрено их место в системе экономических отношений, дано определение экономических отношений, изучена структура экономических отношений. Система организационно-экономических отношений раскрыта с позиции внешних и внутренних факторов, которые определены по степени воздействия. Подробно рассмотрены внешние факторы, включающие такие элементы как: страхование, государственная поддержка, кредитование, государственное регулирование, механизм образования цен, система налогообложения.
