В данной статье автор, обращает внимание на факт участия в деятельности управляющего совета, наблюдаемого государственного бюджетного образовательного учреждения (ГБОУ), несовершеннолетних учащихся. Что, по мнению автора, является не только профанацией коллегиальности управления образовательным учреждением, но и таит в себе опасность использования несовершеннолетних для принятия локальных нормативных актов, узаконивающих коррупционные схемы хищения бюджетных средств.

In this article the author draws attention to the fact of minor students’ participation in the activities of the governing board, of the observed state budgetary educational institution. What, on the author’s opinion, it is not only the profanation of collective management of the educational institution, but also carries the risk of the use of minors for adoption of local regulations, legitimize corruption schemes embezzlement of budget funds.
