Данная статья развивает теоретические и методические положения стратегического управления. Статья подготовлена на основе аналитического материала трудов российских и зарубежных ученых в области стратегического менеджмента. Этот материал авторы изучали и систематизировали на протяжении 2000-2015 гг., сопоставляя полученные теоретические исследования с практическими результатами деятельности российских организаций. В статье приведены результаты наблюдений за процессом стратегического развития российских организаций и представления авторов о методических подходах к построению, разработке и реализации стратегии организации. В данной статье раскрывается практико-ориентированный подход к разработке и реализации стратегии организации, основанный на выявлении и практическом использовании результатов, процессов и процедур построения стратегии. Предложена интегральная модель построения стратегии, основанная на использовании качественных и количественных методов, позволяющая синтезировать стратегические и оперативные управленческие решения с учетом выявления зависимостей и взаимосвязей процедур построения стратегии организации. Обосновывается последовательность построения стратегии организации и необходимость включения новых этапов и пошаговых итерационных процедур.

This article develops theoretical and methodical provisions of strategic planning. Article is prepared on the basis of analytical material of works of the Russian and foreign scientists in the field of strategic management and planning. Authors studied this material and systematized for 1996-2016, comparing the received theoretical results with practical results of activity of the Russian organizations. Results of supervision over development of the Russian organizations and idea of authors of scientific and methodical approaches to construction, development and realization of strategy of the organization are given in article. In this article practice - the focused methodical approach to development and realization of strategy of the organization reveals. The integrated model of sequence of development and realization of strategy based on use of qualitative and quantitative methods, allowing to synthesize strategic and operational administrative decisions on the basis of detection of dependences and interrelations of factors of the external and internal environment of the organization is offered. The sequence of creation of strategy of the organization locates and need of inclusion of new stages and step-by-step procedures speaks.
