На современном этапе развития возрастает необходимость обеспечения экономической безопасности и стабильного развития любой отрасли, в том числе строительной. Рассматриваются проблемы экономической безопасности в системе управления. Определена теоретическая и практическая методология изучения экономической безопасности строительной отрасли России. Выявлены угрозы экономической безопасности строительной отрасли и пути их нейтрализации. С учетом высокой внешней зависимости российской экономики и отсутствия решающего влияния на международные средства взаимодействия (финансовые, информационные, дипломатические) это создает серьезные угрозы экономической безопасности. Необходимо рассматривать внешние, и внутренние угрозы экономической безопасности в технологически сопряженных видах деятельности в условиях усиления глобального кризиса (на примере: строительной отрасли России), как с теоретической, так и с практической стороны. В настоящей статье проведен структурный анализ, применен диалектический метод, системный подход, и пр. На основе комплексного изучения внешних и внутренних угроз экономической безопасности в технологически сопряженных видах деятельности предложены меры по нейтрализации негативных последствий. Показан механизм оценки системы функционирования строительной отрасли. Представлены ключевые тенденции экономической безопасности строительной отрасли России.

Threats of an economic security of building branch and way of their neutralization are revealed. In view of high external dependence of the Russian economy and absence of decisive influence on the international means of interoperability (financial, information, diplomatic) it creates serious threats of an economic security. Should be considered external and internal threats to economic security in the technologically mating activities in an increasingly global crisis (by the example of the construction industry in Russia), from both a theoretical and a practical part. In this article conducted structural analysis, applied the dialectic method, system approach, etc. On the basis of a comprehensive study of external and internal threats to economic security in technologically conjugated activities proposed measures to offset the negative effects. The mechanism of an assessment of system of functioning of building branch is shown. Key tendencies of an economic security of building branch of Russia are presented.
