Работа приурочена к столетию публикации исследования Н.Д. Кондратьева «Большие циклы конъюнктуры», посвященного изучению вопросов циклического характера развития экономики и промышленного производства, роли научно-технологического развития, модернизации производства и внедрения инноваций. В статье рассмотрены основные принципы и тенденции формирования методологических подходов исследования отраслевого развития АПК. Установлено, что одним из основоположников данного научного направления является выдающейся отечественный ученый Кондратьев Н.Д., который впервые обосновал необходимость системного изучения факторов экономической динамики и конъюнктуры при анализе функционирования рынка сельскохозяйственного сырья и продовольствия, а также при разработке мер государственного регулирования отрасли. На основании систематизации работ Н.Д. Кондратьева и анализа существующих теоретико-метадологических приемов и подходов были рассмотрены ключевые факторы, динамика развития аграрного сектора страны, международного рынка продовольствия и предложены меры по совершенствованию проведения отраслевого анализа в рамках государственного регулирования АПК и при принятии управленческих решений субъектами агробизнеса.

The work is timed to coincide with the centenary of the publication of N.D. Kondratiev's study «Great Cycles of Economic Conjuncture», dedicated to the study of the cyclical nature of economic and industrial development, the role of scientific and technological development, production modernization, and the introduction of innovations. The article examines the basic principles and trends in the formation of methodological approaches to studying the sectoral development of the agro-industrial complex. It is established that one of the founders of this scientific field was the outstanding Russian scientist N.D. Kondratiev, who first substantiated the need for a systematic study of the factors of economic dynamics and conditions when analyzing the functioning of the agricultural raw materials and food market, as well as when developing measures for state regulation of the industry. Based on the systematization of N.D. Kondratiev's works and an analysis of existing theoretical and meta-logical techniques and approaches, key factors and the dynamics of the development of the country's agricultural sector and the international food market were examined. Measures are proposed to improve the implementation of industry analysis within the framework of state regulation of the agro-industrial complex and in the management decision-making of agribusiness entities.
