ABSTRACT

Labor is the basic form of life and an essential condition of conscious existence of both the individual and society as a whole. In the course of labor purposeful activities personality reveals and develops her skills, creates and adjusts their ideals, beliefs, and installation. Labour activity is the basis of social relations and has a significant impact on the relationship and interaction of people. Labor organization has a direct impact on the organization of production processes. There is also the reverse relation, that is the industry specialization of production affects the principles of work organization in the industry. The production area of employment, so the forms of organization of production determine the construction and application of systems of work organization.
