    <p>В статье раскрывается, исходя из современных требований к аттестации персонала организации: понятие аттестации и его применение в различных сферах деятельности, построены схемы, отражающие процесс проведения аттестации персонала и основные ее этапы. Проанализированы результаты исследования процедуры аттестации персонала в кредитно-финансовых организациях. Рассмотрена деятельность подразделений, проводимых аттестации персонала (квалификационные экзамены), изучены положения и методики, на основании которых проводятся процедуры аттестации. Дана оценка действующего механизма аттестации персонала, выявлены его положительные и отрицательные стороны.</p>

    <p>In article reveals, proceeding from modern requirements to certification of personnel of the organization: the concept of certification and its application of various fields of activity, are constructed the schemes reflecting process of carrying out certification of personnel and her main stages. Results of a research of the procedure of certification of personnel in the credit and financial organizations are analysed. Activity of the divisions which are carried out certifications of personnel (qualification examinations) is considered, provisions and techniques on the basis of which procedures of certification are carried out are studied. An assessment of the operating mechanism of certification of personnel is given, his positive and negative sides are revealed.</p>
