В статье раскрываются теоретические и практические аспекты реализации государственно-частного партнерства на региональном уровне, подчеркивается роль позитивного воздействия этого процесса на устойчивое комплексное развитие отрасли малоэтажного жилого строительства. Приводится анализ рынка строительства в Смоленской области. Обоснована актуальность привлечения инвестиций в эту сферу. Рассмотрена инвестиционная привлекательность региона для частного капитала. Предложены кандидаты на роль крупнейших инвесторов в агропромышленный комплекс Смоленской области. Приведен анализ преимуществ государственно-частного партнерства для государства и частных инвесторов. Рассмотрен механизм осуществления государственно-частного партнерства для реализации проектов по малоэтажному жилищному строительству.
