Статья посвящена обзорному анализу процессов трансформации потребления (в том числе - потребления транспортных услуг) в современных социально-экономических системах. В статье рассмотрена проблема многозначности сущностных характеристик экономики совместного потребления. Оценены предпосылки формирования экономики совместного потребления (в первую очередь - ориентация на снижение финансово-экономических и временных издержек в условиях цифровизации и трансформации отношения к частной собственности). Выделены основные причины возникновения и центральные направления развития карпулинга и райдшеринга в рамках оказания услуг пассажирских перевозок в шеринговой экономике. Предложена авторская классификация видов райдшеринга в контексте пространственно-географической и мотивационно-целерациональной дифференциации. Отмечены основные сложности в правовом определения и законодательном регулировании данных способов совместного потребления; подчеркнута роль компании Uber в развитии совместных пассажироперевозок и общей уберизации экономических систем.
The aim of the study was to conduct a review analysis of the transformation processes of consumption (including the consumption of transport services) in modern socio-economic systems. In the theoretical part of the study the main issue was to describe the ambiguity of the essential characteristics of a sharing economy. The author assessed the prerequisites for the formation of a collaborative economy (first of all, an orientation toward reducing financial, economic and time costs in the conditions of digitalization and transformation of attitudes towards private property). In addition, the article highlighted the main causes of the emergence and central directions of carpooling and ridesharing development in the framework of the provision of passenger transportation services in a sharing economy. The scientific novelty of the article is concentrated in the proposal of the author’s classification of the ridesharing types in the context of spatial-geographical and motivational-targeted differentiation. The author also pointed out the main difficulties in the legal definition and legislative regulation of these methods of collaborative consumption. In the empirical part of the study the main concern was finding out the the role of Uber in the development of joint passenger traffic and further transformation of economic systems.
