The article examines the current state of land reclamation systems and agricultural water supply in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Since 2012, a separate subprogram for the development of land reclamation has been implemented within the framework of the State Program of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) "Development of Agriculture and Regulation of Agricultural Products, Raw Materials and Food Markets for 2020 - 2024". However, the general condition of agricultural land in the region is unsatisfactory and continues to deteriorate. Overgrowth of agricultural lands, pastures and hayfields is observed. A huge part of agricultural land is flooded, which leads to a reduction in the area of used land. At present, the infrastructure of the material and technical, design, construction and personnel support of the land reclamation component of the agro-industrial complex has been destroyed in the republic. To ensure the safe, efficient and complete operation of reclamation systems, hydraulic structures within the framework of this work, the normative number of State budgetary institution "Department for land reclamation and agricultural water supply of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)" was determined. The study used methods of statistics, industry statistics, the normative method. It is proposed to determine the basic standard costs per unit of work carried out by the State Budgetary Institution "Department for land reclamation and agricultural water supply of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)".
